About Hackathon
Transport Innovation Association being a partner for information dissemination of the NDPTL Project organized an International Hackathon DigiLogistics Hack on the 24-26th of March 2023 in Vilnius. The Teams were expected to deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), problem solution scheme or description and/or problem definition through the prism of interoperability. The Teams were supported by highly experienced mentors coming from different countries and organizations, which have knowledge and know-how in creating solutions in digital transportation chains. The Hackathon was in line with the aims of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region and was supported by multiple organizations of the regions such as: CaaS Nordic, LIKTA, KiGeiT, InfoBalt and others.
Challenges
eCMR and eFTI interoperability
The use of meta data for transport and logistics processes.
Intermodal digital solutions
For intermodal shipments and logistics.
Cross border customs digital solutions
Extending eFTI requirements.
CO2 reduction calculation methodology
After implementing other challenges, which means less empty millage and paper documents, logistics processes more efficient and faster.

For participants
Requirements for Teams
Teams must consist of 2-5 participants. Contact person of the team must fill out this form and enter the name of their Team.
If you don`t have a team yet, you can form it on the first night of the Hackathon or join in Teams looking for additional member.
Mentors
Curated the activities of the teams, introduced them to relevant problems and possible solutions, advised and helped not to deviate from the set goal. Some of the mentors also participated in the jury.
